Assist customers with their inquiries and provide information about our products and services,Process transactions accurately and efficiently,Ensure a smooth sales process by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter,Work well under pressure and meet sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships,Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures,Assist in training and mentoring new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Keen eye for detail and accuracy,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic computer skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
