📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community.
• Conduct financial assessments and provide advice on products and services.
• Manage and update client records using our in-house CRM system.
• Report on client interactions and business performance to the branch manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in the organization and execution of branch events and activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field-based sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
