Mart Zone Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.
    • ,
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.
    • ,
  • Track vehicle usage and performance, and provide reports to management.

  • Assist in the procurement and leasing of new vehicles when needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.

  • Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
