Based in Karawaci, Banten, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing and executing events that enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.

As a Media & Event Executive, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of events. This includes managing corporate events, private screenings, and media partnerships, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and profitability. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and for developing new opportunities to expand our event portfolio.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, private screenings, and media partnerships in the Jabodetabek area.
• Manage event budgets and ensure profitability of all events.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and promote event packages.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
• Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction for all events.
• Provide regular reports on event performance and revenue generation.
• Assist in the development of new event concepts and strategies to expand our event portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, media partnerships, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with the cinema and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
