📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
