📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
