The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various team activities and assisting in the smooth operation of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the tea production process.,Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace.,Help with the preparation of tea samples and quality control checks.,Assist in the packaging and distribution of tea products.,Provide customer service and support to clients and visitors.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.,Learn and understand the company's products and processes to support sales and marketing efforts.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of the tea industry is a plus.,Good communication skills in English and Tetum.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic office tools and software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.,Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required.
