PT Duta Tirta is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll information.,Assist in the planning and execution of organizational development initiatives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
