📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the daily operations and management of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
