📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage the facility's budget and financial performance, working closely with the finance team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare facility, identifying areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO, Joint Commission International (JCI), or other relevant certifications.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
