Resto Vera Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and tax laws.,Manage the payroll process, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and other employees as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
