📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.,Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.,Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.,Create and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.,Evaluate and improve existing designs based on user feedback and data.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and gather feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proven experience leading a design team and mentoring junior designers.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.,Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
