📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in restaurant management preferred.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
