📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist sales representatives with customer interactions, including answering inquiries and providing product information.,Support the sales team by preparing presentations, reports, and other sales materials.,Manage and update customer databases and sales records accurately and efficiently.,Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to support sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
