📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Identify and recommend cost-saving measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
