📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
