Duta Putri Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Sanur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct customer inquiries and requests.,Maintain and update guest records and information.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist with event and reservation coordination.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
