📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.,Manage and maintain a strong customer relationship to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer experience.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
