📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for healthcare products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical documents,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other instructional materials,Conduct document reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources,Work with the marketing team to create product literature and promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare industry,Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Experience with medical writing or regulatory documentation is a plus
