📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with reservations, seating, and table management.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Promote our restaurant's specials and menu items to guests.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front of house or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Basic knowledge of Korean culture and cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
