Stripe is seeking a talented Internal Audit professional to join our Treasury team in Dublin or London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global fintech company and contribute to the financial integrity and compliance of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting independent audits of financial transactions and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct independent audits of financial transactions and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Review and analyze financial records, reports, and documentation to identify discrepancies and potential risks.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.,Provide recommendations for improvement to enhance financial processes, controls, and compliance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.,Prepare and present audit reports and findings to senior management and the audit committee.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on financial transactions and controls.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and financial analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
