📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Develop and implement strategies to improve our IT infrastructure and enhance our overall business operations.
Work closely with our team of IT professionals to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Provide training and support to employees on the use of our IT systems and tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
Ensure that our data is secure and protected from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management roles.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
