📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-ups.
• Update candidate databases and maintain accurate records using ATS systems.
• Support the recruitment team in preparing and presenting candidate profiles to clients.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Learn and utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
