• Manage a portfolio of microfinance clients, ensuring their financial health and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of microfinance principles and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
