🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.
• Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software, such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
