📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our IT infrastructure and enhance our overall business operations.
• Work closely with our team of IT professionals to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of our IT systems and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Ensure that our data is secure and protected from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management roles.
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
