🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
- Certification in Sales Management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
