Adira Creation Indonesia is seeking a Project Supervisor / Site Execution Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing the execution of retail and office fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure quality control throughout the project, conducting regular inspections and audits.,Manage and mentor the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in retail or office fit-out projects.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
